Five real rows from a Dallas Fort Worth list built this month.
Names and identifying details are hidden here. Your list has the company, the decision maker by name and a verified email. Every fact comes from the company's own site or a dated public source, and the last column is the first line of the email, already written.
| Company | Who | Why they need an MSP now | First line, written |
|---|---|---|---|
| Healthcare · 50 to 149 people | CEO | Two new locations coming soon on top of the three it runs, and hiring clinical staff. | "[First name], two new locations coming soon on top of the three you run." |
| Logistics · about 130 people | President and CEO | On the 2026 Inc. 5000 for the second year, and a new office hiring. | "[First name], a second year on the Inc. 5000 and a new office hiring for January." |
| Engineering · 140 people | President and CEO | Launched a new practice. Four offices, one new line of work to support. | "[First name], a new practice and 140 people across four offices." |
| Dental · five studios | Founder and owner | Fifth studio opened in 2026. Every new office means new devices, accounts and HIPAA exposure. | "[First name], five studios after this spring's opening." |
| Insurance agency · 100 to 150 people | Chief Executive Officer | New CEO this year. New leaders review their vendors in the first twelve months. | "[First name], you took over as CEO in March with three offices to run." |
Built by hand from local business lists, job posts and each company's own site. Locally owned, roughly 15 to 150 people, no IT department on staff. That is the profile most owner led MSPs win.
Two weeks to set up. Then meetings, every week.
Short enough to read in ten seconds. Specific enough to prove someone looked.
Every email is about their business, not yours, and asks for one small yes.
Dana, congrats on the second office in Plano. Two locations is usually when IT stops being something one person handles on the side.1
We look after firms like yours for a flat monthly fee, and if the first 90 days are not smoother, you can walk away.2
Worth me sending a one page plan for the new office? No call needed.3

Ready now? Book 15 minutes.
Eight qualified meetings held in your first 30 days of sending. Sending starts about day 15, once your inboxes are warm. If eight are not held by day 45, I keep going at the same terms until they are. You never pay for a meeting that did not happen. It holds when you approve the profile and emails within three business days and take the meetings that get booked.
A call of 20 minutes or more, actually held, with the decision maker at a company that matches the profile you approved. No shows and wrong titles do not count. Flag any meeting within 48 hours and it is not billed. Written down and signed before the first email goes out.
One new managed client usually covers the whole month.
For ten years I was the person IT vendors were trying to reach. Hundreds a year. A handful got a reply.
The ones that got through were short, proved they had looked at my business, said plainly what I would get, and asked for something easy. That is the whole method, and it is what goes out in your name.
I am new to running this for MSPs, so I am doing it the way I would want it done for me: you pay only for meetings that happen, you see every number every Friday, and the first two clients get the founding price in exchange for honest feedback and a case study.
One person, not an account team. I read every reply myself.
Will you book meetings for my competitors too?
No. One MSP per metro at a time. Your list, your campaign, your city.
Will this hurt my domain?
Nothing sends from your main domain, ever. Separate domains in your company's name, two weeks of warmup, and no more than 20 emails a day from each inbox.
Will you email my existing clients?
No. Send me your client list or domains once and they are excluded from every send.
We tried lead gen before and got junk.
That is why you only pay for meetings that were held with someone who matches the profile you approved. Junk is not billed, so junk costs me, not you.
Whose name is on the emails?
They go out from domains in your company's name, signed by me as your business development lead. Nobody is told they are talking to you, and you never have to pretend you wrote them.
Is this legal?
Yes. Business to business email is allowed under CAN SPAM when the sender is identified, there is a real way to opt out, and opt outs are honored the same day. Every email does all three.
What do you need from me?
One hour to start, a yes on the profile and emails within three days, a calendar link, and one line after each meeting on how it went.
What happens after the first 45 days?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. $300 per held meeting, or prepay the next ten. Stop any week. The domains, inboxes and list stay yours.
Who is this not for?
MSPs where a new client is worth under $5,000 a year, owners who do not close when they get in the room, and anyone who cannot take eight first calls a month.
See the list before you decide anything.
Send your website and city. If the 50 firms are not businesses you would want as clients, you lost two minutes.
